Are you interested in being part of this year's musical "Hairspray"? Then come to an important information meeting today at Lunch in the Bella Rose Arts Center. The meeting will cover all aspects of the production, everyone interested in being part of the musical is asked to attend.

Are you interested in health promotion? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain leadership and advocacy skills around health initiatives? Then come join Halifax West's Health Action Team. Our first meeting will be at lunch today in the youth health centre. All welcome!

Would you like to save money while shopping?  Get your Student Price Card for only $10.00!  You can save money at lots of stores including Bath & Body Works, Old Navy, KFC, Roots, Forever 21 and much more.  Buy yours at the sucker cart in the caf at lunch!  While you're there, pick up a sucker for $1.00 and a Halifax West water bottle for $5.00!  All proceeds go to the Nova Scotia Gambia Association.

There will be Open Improv Games in the Drama Room B223 today after school and Friday at lunch. Everyone is welcome to come out and play some improv games.

Hello warriors!  Do you have school spirit and are interested in becoming our mascot Weston? Well it's your lucky day! Today at lunch we are having Weston tryouts! Come on out to the seminar room if you are even thinking about it!

Would you like to choose who becomes our 2018-19 mascot? Come to the gym tomorrow at lunch to cheer on your favorite candidate!

There will be a WE schools meeting in Mrs. Skelhorn's room, C340 at lunch on Friday the 21st. New members welcome.  This group is affiliated with WE Day so come join us for WE experiences and volunteering.

Attention all Student Government members.  Forms and monies for the October retreat are now being collected in the main office. Please remember that there are 50 spots available and they are first come, first served. 

The Interact Club board applications due date has been moved to this Friday so any warriors still interested in a leadership position at the school has time to apply.

Any students interested in attending Women in Tech Day at Dalhousie University on November 16 2018 are asked to attend an information meeting at lunch this Friday in Room B320. If you are interested and are unable to attend this meeting please see Mr. Watt.

There will be another meeting for all those interested in Virtual Reality, animation, game design and special effects this Friday at lunch in room A310.
Attention music students:  Please note that the music room will not be open after school today so you need to get your instruments before last period today.

The cross country team is asked to meet at the front entrance of the school today at 3:30 for their race in Bedford.  Please see Mrs. Brennan or Mr. Sullivan if you have questions.
