There will be a WE schools meeting in Mrs. Skelhorn's room, C340 at lunch today. New members welcome.  This group is affiliated with WE Day so come join us for WE experiences and volunteering.

Attention all Student Government members.  Forms and monies for the October retreat are now being collected in the main office. Please remember that there are 50 spots available and they are first come, first served. 

Any students interested in attending Women in Tech Day at Dalhousie University on November 16 2018 are asked to attend an information meeting at lunch today in Room B320. If you are interested and are unable to attend this meeting please see Mr. Watt.

There will be another meeting for all those interested in Virtual Reality, animation, game design and special effects this today at lunch in room A310.

There will be a lunchtime meeting in room C224 for Mr. Scott’s Umoja group.

All golf team members pass your money into Mr. Smeltzer today if you are to play on Monday.

The girls’ volleyball team defeated rival CPA 3-1 last night.  They bounced back after losing. The first set to win the next 3 sets.  The teams showed tremendous hustle on defence and were led by Abby Mitchell with 11 kills and Lilly Johnson with 8.

Hey Warriors, the Halifax West Coffee House is next Wednesday September 26th. Make sure to show off you talent by signing up on the call board or show support by attending at 7pm, $2 at the door or $1 with a canned food donation.

World involvement and Environment is hosting a car was by donation at the Farnham Gate Wilson gas station this Saturday from 9:30-4:30. All proceeds will go towards the British Columbia wildfires.

There will be a try out for the girls’ hockey team on Wednesday September 26 from 4-5pm at Centennial Arena. Cost is $10. All are welcome.

Can all boys hockey players going to try outs please check the list in the gym for Saturday night times posted on the bulletin board.

The boys "a" soccer team demonstrated discipline and good attacking soccer in registering their first win of the season with a 6-0 victory over Lockview High last night.  Senior Abdul Nimer, led the Warriors with 3 goals while fellow Grade 12 Logan Harrington and rookies Adrien Deveau and Niko Zelios rounded out the scoring. Mo Ali had the shutout in goal. The boys return to the field today participating in the Kings Edgehill fall tournament. Good luck to the boys this weekend!
