Grade 12 students that wish to be considered for the Internal Awards are required to complete the application form by 4 pm Monday, April 1st 2019. You will need to log in using your student gnspes account. 

Wednesday February 13th is West Wear Wednesday!  Come to the Warrior Shop in A317 to get your West Wear!  We have t-shirts, hoodies, toques, sweat pants, and more.  We are open every block except B block, and we are not open at lunch.  Cash only please!

Today is our big carnival, in the gym at lunch. Tickets are 1 for 50 cents, or 3 for a dollar. Tons of games and prizes, even a bouncy castle. There will be also be popcorn, cotton candy and more being sold. Don’t miss out!

Congratulations to the boys’ basketball team on their win against Lockview last night in their first game of the 2019 playoffs. The boys play in the quarterfinal game against Grammar tonight at 6pm at Grammar.

Boys’ hockey playoffs also kick off this week. They play against Lockview tonight in Sackville. Puck drops at 8PM! Good luck to all the West teams playing tonight! Including the girls’ basketball team as they take on Citadel at 6PM!

Also don’t forget to make up a team for the 3 on 3 basketball tournament that runs next week in the gym at lunchtime! Sign up forms are available in the office and forms with money are due tomorrow! If you’re not looking to play, you can still catch the games next week at lunchtime by giving a donation of 50 cents at the door! All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

ALL STUDENTS entering the Waterloo Coding Competition are asked to see Mr. Watt today at lunch in Room B320.

Attention valentine’s day romantics, it is the LAST lunch hour for CandyGram orders!  If you would like to order your friends, staff, partners a candygram, accompanied by a sweet message, go to the cafeteria, at lunch.  One dollar per candygram. Deliveries happen on Valentines day, which is Thursday.
