McGill will be set up in the cafeteria today at lunch


For anyone interested in tryout out for the boy JV basketball team. Tryouts will be Thursday, October 31st from 5-6:30 pm.

Attention Halifax West Jack members. We will resume painting in the pod today at lunch.

The student gov retreat is this Friday, and the forms are due today! Please drop off your money and signed form to the office anytime during the day

The boy’s soccer team is reminded of their training today after school at 4 pm. All players are asked to meet at the seminar room for a quick meeting at 12:25."

Any students wishing to participate in the Women in Tech Day at Dalhousie University on Friday November 15th are asked to see Mr. Watt in Room B320 or Marwa Kuri in the YMCA for information and the permission forms.

For anyone interested in playing in the lunchtime soccer tournament forms are still available in the office!!! They are due back Wednesday at 9:30am

Volunteerism committee will be selling popcorn and candy bags in the caf at lunch to raise money for cancer research!

The next coffee house of the year is soon approaching, on Wednesday October 30. For a spooky night full of talent, bring all your friends (with costumes encouraged) at 7pm with $2 at the door! Interested in signing up for an act? The sign-up sheet is at the end of the drama hallway on the callboard. We hope to see you all there!”

All students travelling with Mr. Watt and R2D2 to Innovation Day are asked to meet with him today at lunch in Room B320.

Any student interested in participating in our Remembrance Day assemblies please meet in the music room at lunch on Wed.  Singers, cadets, reservists and anyone who would like to be a reader or host please meet in the music room Wednesday at lunch.

Congratulations to the Senior Boy's Cross-Country team for their participation in the provincial meet in New Glasgow yesterday.  The team competed against the top runners in the province. Special recognition goes out to James Cameron-Hamilton, who ran a fierce race and fought his way through a competitive field of runners to place third. Congratulations to the entire team and James!

The girl’s volleyball team moved to 8-2 with a 3-1 victory over JL. The team was led by setter Alyssa Perry and Rylee Johnston.
