Attention grade 12 students if you plan on graduating this June and you have not already picked up at grad form from Guidance you need to do so ASAP.

Grade 12 students on-line application forms for the internal awards are due today (no exceptions) by 4 pm. You will need to log in using your student gnspes account. 
                                                                                             
Hey Grade 11 students! If you are interested in running for Co-President of our Student Government, now is your chance! Co-prez applications are now available in the main office and are due back by 3:30pm on Tuesday, April 2nd.

Track & Field is starting this week.  All athletes interested must attend practice on Tuesday after school at 3:30pm. Please come prepared to participate. You will also receive all information and forms at that time.  Information and practice times are posted outside Ms Duggan's office.

Attention grade twelves.  Your final prom theme possibilities are as follow:   Walk on the beach, Spanish sunset,
Happily ever after and Masquerade.  In order to vote for your favourite theme, be sure to follow the prom Instagram account @HWHSprom2019.  That's HWHSprom2019, as is posted on the prom bulletin board in the languages pod. 

Voting happens today, you have 24 hours to vote on the Instagram poll in our story.  An alternative voting method will be available at lunch, in the cafeteria, for those without Instagram; please see the prom bulletin board outside of room C143 for more details."  

A huge congratulations to our students who competed in the Canadian Parent's For French Public Speaking competition on Saturday: Lucas Arab, Victoria Purcell and Victoria Metlege. These three students all won in their categories and are advancing to provincials. Bravo!

Attention all Grade 11 students. Co-President applications are still available in the main office. It's not too late to throw your hat in the ring! There will be a meeting for all Co-President candidates at 8:30 on Wednesday morning in the gov room. Bring your completed application!

Girls’ lacrosse meeting today in the weight room at start of lunch.

Attention Ringette players.  Yes, you heard correctly, ringette.  Any ringette players interested in putting together a Halifax West team to play in a high school tournament in May please meet in the music room Wednesday at the beginning of lunch.  It won't be a long meeting so please arrive at the beginning of lunch.  So ringette players, come on out.

There will be a Programming Club meeting today after school in Room B320. Mr. Robert Smith from Dalhousie will be here.

Intramural soccer starts this Wednesday at lunch.  Please check team lists in the gym and dates that you play.
