Do you want to spend a month living and learning at a university campus next summer? The Shad enrichment program is an opportunity for student leaders to explore STEAM & Entrepreneurship through hands-on, experiential learning in the form of workshops, seminars and labs while living at a host university. Learn how you can explore Canada, gain leadership skills and meet like-minded leaders from across the country at the Shad Info Booth taking place this Thursday in the caf at lunch!
A reminder to all that we will have a brief Model Parliament meeting today in room C145.
Due to many factors, we have had to cancel the Wake-a-thon planned for this Friday. We will be coming up with a new event to come soon. If you have collected pledges, you may still turn them in to the main office and they will be donated to the Brunswick Street Mission and Ronald MacDonald House.

Hey Warriors! A reminder that there is a bake sale in the caf today to raise money for Prom 2020! Come buy some delicious homemade treats, and support your prom committee!

There will be a volunteerism meeting today at lunch in room A352, all committee members and new members are invited.

Anyone interested in playing in the lunch time soccer tournament the week of November 4-8th is encouraged to grab a form from the office and make a team! There will be a prize for the winning team and all proceeds go to the Phoenix house!

Attention all sports fans, the boys’ hockey home opener is taking place this Saturday, October 26th at Centennial Arena. The game starts at 8 pm. We hope to see you all there cheering on your warriors in red!
A representative from NS Student Assistance (Student Loans) will be in to give a presentation to interested grade 12s on Tuesday, October 29th, A block in the theatre. This will be a very useful session as they have made some great changes for students that can mean lots of savings and money for you. Make sure to attend so you don’t miss out! Your attendance will be taken care of if you have your teacher’s permission to attend.
Boys’ soccer practice is cancelled today. Boys are reminded of their training tomorrow either at Fairview Jr High or on Field 4 at BMO. Players will be advised this evening.
Any students wishing to participate in the Women in Tech Day at Dalhousie University on Friday November 15th are asked to see Mr. Watt in Room B320 or Marwa Kuri in the YMCA for information and the permission forms.
