SUMMER TRANSCRIPTS

Transcript requests MUST be made through the link on the hwhs.ednet.ns.ca or hwhsguidance.ednet.ns.ca websites.

Transcripts will ONLY be prepared and mailed on July 4th, July 19th, August 2nd, and August 16th. The regular process will resume on August 31st.
Sealed transcripts will be mailed to the address provided, and an unofficial copy will be enclosed.

If you require the transcripts to be sent to different addresses please enter each request separately.
Transcripts cost 5$ each and payment must be mailed to Halifax West High School. Additional funds will be required for courier service.

Note regarding some Nova Scotia Post- Secondary Institutions

If you need your transcript for any of the following institutions:

d. Dalhousie University
e. Mount Saint Vincent University
f. Nova Scotia Community College

it can be requested through the Nova Scotia government site myTranscripts, this site is available all summer. All students that have graduated since 2012 can make use of the online service.
